Our Mission

To educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, ethical business practice, become financially literate and economically independent as a means of improving the quality of their lives.

Our Programs
.

At the JA Innovation Camp, students gather in order to address a specific business challenge derived by a partnering company/business and come up with ideas which solve the problem.
The Camp aims at grooming and inspiring JA participants to appreciate, aspire and qualify for senior leadership positions in their future careers.
JA Our Community introduces Primary School pupils to the intersection of work readiness and early elementary grades social studies learning objectives, including how citizens benefit from and contribute to a community’s success.

Junior Achievement Uganda Pillars

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Equips students through programs that teach the skills that are required to run a viable startup and spark the entreprenuerial spirit.
FINANCIAL LITERACY
Students learn financial independence, investing, home ownership and retirement planning through hands-on, real world training.
WORK READINESS
Students gain meaningful skill building that enable them to find meaningful productive careers.
