About the Program
The Camp aims at grooming and inspiring JA participants to appreciate, aspire and qualify for senior leadership positions in their future careers. Leadership in this case, is mainly geared towards business management for example as Managing Directors, Chief Executive Officers, Branch Managers, and Human Resource officers among others.
Girls are encouraged to aspire for leadership roles, judging on the appalling gender parity statistics at senior Leadership positions on Organizations Globally.
The boy child too is put into the perspective of being equal opportunity enabler at a young age by inspiring them to appreciate and support the female folk to aspire and deliver at senior management positions as equals –intervening early to demystify the inherent gender stereotypes.
