Rachael Mwagale, Executive Director of Junior Achievement Uganda (JA Uganda), is dedicated to youth development with over 12 years of experience. She champions financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship for students aged 9-26 through impactful programs and mentorship.

Beyond JA Uganda, Rachael supports the Miss Uganda Foundation, inspiring young women. Her focus on mentorship, career guidance, and job shadowing empowers youth to be active community members. During the pandemic, she led virtual and door-to-door training sessions, showing her unwavering commitment.

Rachael believes in the potential of young people to build thriving communities and ensures they have the guidance to succeed.
