Martin Lubwama

Martin Lubwama is a JA Alumni class of 2010. At that time, he was a student at Seeta High School.

Mr. Lubwama is currently a manpower management coordinator with Total Energies EP Uganda and he is also the team leader at Kagenya Holdings - a multifaceted solutions provider in transportation, real estate and manpower training.

He has eight years of experience in Human Capital and Enterprise development and he is an enthusiastic Diversity and Inclusion advocate, a UN SDGs ambassador for Goal 8 and Goal 10.

Linda Abeja

Linda Abeja is the Executive director for Amariatek, and one of the founding members of the Uganda Youth Coalition for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) where she has previously served as the Vice President, and also as head of partnerships and publicity.

She has rapidly become well-known as a dynamic leader driven to serve others and share her passion for changing lives. Linda has been characterized as a brilliant orator, a quintessential coach and a loving friend.

Her hands-on, individualized and empowering coaching sessions have forever changed the lives of thousands of individuals in Uganda and around the world. In partnership with the Office of the Prime Minister and the United Nations, one of her most notable achievements is coordinating the engagement of young people in the Sustainable Development Goals to provide 1 million solutions.

Linda is one of the few certified and experienced hypnotherapists in Uganda today and accredited by the prestigious Acology School of Modern Applied Psychology in the USA. She is also a neuro-linguistic programmer.

Belinda-Alumni

Belinda Esaete

Belinda Esaete is a dynamic entrepreneur with a rich background in procurement and logistics, serving as the visionary founder and CEO of Bedluxe Concepts Limited.

Her journey began in 2020 during the global lockdown driven by a personal struggle with sleep deprivation and a keen eye for market opportunities. With a $200 loan from her aunt, she launched Bedluxe Sleepwear, a pioneering Ugandan brand specializing in locally manufactured high quality sleepwear for women.

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Belinda actively participates in multiple business community leadership roles, including the Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs, Hermotiv, and Africa Connekt Volunteers. Her contributions enhance the collective knowledge and growth of these organizations, reflecting her ultimate goal of using business and innovation for social transformation.

Solomon-Alumni

Odongo Solomon

Odongo Solomon is a prominent leader, entrepreneur, and innovator. At 15, he founded Emali Group, known for its bicycle phone chargers. He is a TEDx speaker and a 40 Under 40 NewVision nominee, recognized by Junior Achievement Africa as a top young leader in 2021.

He co-founded Above Only Group, specializing in asset management and investment advisory. Odongo has served as CEO of Tumaini African Knowledge Center and IMR Africa Consulting, facilitating key investments in sectors like oil, telecom, and industrialization. He developed strategic food systems plans for Uganda, contributing to food security.

Odongo has participated in UN events, contributed to the COVID-19 response, and driven growth as AIESEC Uganda's Country Director. He facilitated diaspora investments as CEO of Diacente Group and advises on global youth employment as a Global Shaper and Youth Advisor with Junior Achievement Worldwide. He is a founding member of the Youth Coalition for SDGs in Uganda.
